About

John R. Erickson is a Texas rancher who writes the Hank the Cowdog series. Hank, the self-appointed Head of Ranch Security, tells his own stories and is never quite as smart as he thinks he is. The books are full of jokes and ranch life, and they are great fun to read aloud.
