The Bailey School Kids are out for spring break and are looking forward to the Spring Festival.  Brutus Bigg shows up to landscape the park and comes with a lot of rain.  Eddie can't wait to hunt for Easter eggs and wonders what could be the grand prize inside the golden egg for this year, but the egg hunt is put off because of the rain.
